Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.travellersocks.com, operated by Traveller Socks.
1. Delivery Areas
Traveller Socks currently delivers to:
- Mainland France;
- Corsica;
- Monaco;
- European Union member countries available during the checkout process.
Only countries for which a delivery method is available at the time of purchase may be selected.
The list of available destinations may change. The applicable list is the one displayed on the Website when the order is placed.
2. Shipping Costs
Product prices displayed on the Website do not include shipping costs.
The applicable shipping costs are shown to the Customer before final confirmation of the order and are included in the order confirmation email.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within one to two business days, starting from the first business day following confirmation of the order.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed from the next business day.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
From the date of dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco: two to four business days;
- Other European Union countries available at checkout: three to eight business days.
The estimated delivery time applicable to each order is shown before the order is confirmed and repeated in the confirmation email.
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier constraints, periods of high demand or public holidays.
5. Delivery Address
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The Customer must verify that their contact and delivery details are accurate and complete, including:
- the recipient’s name;
- the full delivery address;
- the postcode and city;
- the country;
- any information required to access the delivery location.
Traveller Socks cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted when placing the order.
6. Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer is invited to contact Traveller Socks at:

Where a delay is not caused by force majeure, the Customer may request that Traveller Socks complete delivery within an additional reasonable period.
If delivery does not take place within the additional fifteen-day period provided for in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer may request cancellation of the order under the conditions set out therein.
Any amounts paid will then be refunded within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of cancellation.
7. Receiving an Order
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is invited to check:
- the condition of the parcel;
- the condition of the packaging;
- the number of products received;
- that the products match the order.
Where the parcel is visibly damaged, the Customer may raise reservations with the carrier or refuse delivery.
The Customer must also inform Traveller Socks within a reasonable period by emailing:

Where possible, the request should include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the parcel and the products concerned.
8. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer only when the Customer, or a person designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the order.
9. Returns
The conditions applicable to returns, withdrawal and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Website.
The direct cost of returning products when exercising the right of withdrawal remains the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated on the Website or in a specific offer.
