Refund policy
Delivery
Traveller Socks currently delivers to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco and the European Union countries available during the checkout process.
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within one to two business days, starting from the first business day following confirmation of the order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once the order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco: 2 to 4 business days
- Other available European Union countries: 3 to 8 business days
The delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed and are included in the order confirmation email.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please check the condition of your parcel and products upon delivery.
When a parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing it or clearly recording any reservations with the carrier. Please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible at service.customers@travellersocks.com, providing your order number and any supporting photographs.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your legal guarantee of conformity.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Please include your order number and identify the product or products you wish to return.
Once you have notified us of your decision, the products must be returned within a further period of 14 days.
Products must be returned:
- in their original condition;
- complete and with all accessories or instructions;
- with labels still attached and uncut;
- in a condition allowing them to be resold as new.
The direct cost of returning the products is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Traveller Socks.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments received, including the cost of the original standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
